HEX vs RGB vs HSL
HEX (#3B82F6) is the most common format in web design. RGB describes the red, green and blue light amounts from 0–255. HSL (hue, saturation, lightness) is easier for humans to adjust — change the lightness to make tints and shades of the same colour.
